I hope you all had a great eid!

Assalamu Alaykum wa rahmatullahi t3ala wa barakatuhu,

Alhamdulilah t3ala due to the mercy of ALLAH t3ala, and then the kindness of two of my wonderful friends, I had an absolutely wonderful eid. MashaALLAH t3ala! Do tell me what you did on eid or how it went, in the comments area inshaALLAH t3ala.

I basically made this post to thank those two friends of mines (Amira and Naz), for all their kindness. may ALLAH t3ala give them huge beautiful jannahs which cannot be described with words in the hereafter, and shower loads of happiness, rehmah, barakah, maghfirah on them and their families. May ALLAH t3ala always keep them SMILING in the best state of health and imaan. aameen thumma aameen.

Just a reminder: Even though these 10 days are over, the doors of ALLAH t3alas mercy are not closed, he is still showering his believers with loads of ajar and sawab, go and get your share, its a buy one get 3-700 free deal!

I was reading some quotes online, and here are a few which I truly loved:

“Knock, And He'll open the door
Vanish, And He'll make you shine like the sun
Fall, And He'll raise you to the heavens
Become nothing, And He'll turn you into everything.”

“لا أدري لماذا لا يطير العباد إلى ربِّهم على أجنحةٍ من الشوق بدل أن يُساقوا إليه بسياط من الرهبة ؟! إنَّ الجهل بالله وبدينه هو عِلَّةُ هذا الشعور البارد ، أو هذا الشعور النافر - بالتعبير الصحيح - ؛ مع أنَّ البشر لن يجدوا أبرَّ بهم ولا أحنَى عليهم من الله عز وجل”

“What has he found who has lost God?
And what has he lost who has found God?”

“ما يصيب المسلم من نصب ولا وصب ولا همّ ولا حزن ولا أذى ولا غمّ - حتى الشوكة يشاكها - إلا كفّر الله بها مِن خطاياه
No fatigue, disease, sorrow, sadness, hurt or distress befalls a Muslim - not even the prick he receives from a thorn - except that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Book 70, #545)”

In God, there is no sorrow or suffering or affliction. If you want to be free of all affliction and suffering, hold fast to God, and turn wholly to Him, and to no one else. Indeed, all your suffering comes from this: that you do not turn toward God and no one else. –Imam Al Ghazali

To completely trust in God is to be like a child who knows deeply that even if he does not call for the mother, the mother is totally aware of his condition and is looking after him. –Imam Al Ghazali

“…a man should say to his soul every morning, "God has given thee twenty-four treasures; take heed lest thou lose anyone of them, for thou wilt not be able to endure the regret that will follow such loss.”

Everyone who is taken by death asks for more time, while everyone who still has time makes excuses for procrastination. –Ali Ibn Abi Talib RA

The company of a good friend is like an owner of musk; if you don’t buy anything, you will get the smell of it.
The company of a bad friend is like the blacksmith’s bellows; if you are not affected by its black dirt, you will be touched by its smoke. –Prophet Muhammed (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)
